The user can superimpose various gene expression profiles through convenient color coding.
This enables biologists to identify regions of the networks that are significantly
expressed and suggest possible chains of causation. Biologists can further use these
convenient graphical representations to formulate, compare, modify, manage, and test
theories of cellular functions.
